| Water System |
A dual potable water and irrigation water system is installed
in the estate. Potable water meeting the standards of the US
Environment Protection Agency and the World Health Organization
is available at all interior taps. The process is a series of
filters followed by three disinfection processes to ensure that
the water is safe to drink the water from the interior taps
at all times.
Irrigation water available for watering the garden is filtered
from the municipal supply.
Both types of water is supplied in the street in polypropylene
piping, in the villas the potable water is supplied in copper
pipe with the hot water pipes having neoprene insulation on
them. The water pressure is ample at 0.25 - 0.3 MPa. |
| Electricity Supply |
Electricity is supplied to the site in 2 separate cables,
reducing the chance of power failure. 2000 KW of electricity
is supplied to the site with a maximum draw of 2800 KW. Each
villa has 35 KW maximum draw.
In addition to this 110V / 220V dual supply power points are
conveniently located in all rooms in the villa.
Legrand switches are used throughout the villa and are white
in color. |

| Estimated energy usage for each villa is 100KW/day this will
cost the resident around $1,830 RMB/month. (Based on the current
electricity rate of 0.61RMB/kWh.) |

| Each villa has a DUX 185L hot water tank made in Australia.
This tank has sufficient capacity for 24hours of hot water supply
to the villa. |

| Estimated gas usage for each villa is 10m3/day this will cost
the resident around 270 RMB/month. (Based on the current gas
rate.) |

| Separate water, electricity and gas meters are provided for
each villa. |
