All members of the Le Chateau elite butler service undergo training by Starkey International Institute for Household and Estate Management. The Le Chateau butlers will be highly skilled in all areas of personal service. This service includes Culinary Arts, Entertaining, Wine, Flower Arrangements, Smart Home Technologies, Silver, Antique as well as knowledge of the Starkey System Service Standards.

At the Club House fully trained butlers will provide service. These butlers are also available for private use at an additional cost to the resident.
